1. Take a 2 minute evaluation survey from Truemed that will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner for $30. 

2. If eligible, Truemed's licensed practitioners will issue you a Letter of Medical Necessity (similar to a doctor writing a prescription). The letter can cover 12 months of reimbursements.

3. Truemed will send you instructions to obtain reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrators. 

4. If you’re not approved, you pay nothing.

At NONO Limits, we’ve experienced how our workout can be therapeutic medicine, and our partners at Truemed agree. Through our collaboration with Truemed, eligible customers can now use Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds on NONO Limits memberships and packages! This means you may be eligible to buy your favorite classes with pre-tax dollars, resulting in average net savings of 30%.

HSAs and FSAs were created for you to spend tax-advantaged dollars on products and services that can treat or prevent medical conditions. Truemed is making it easy to do just that.

Do I have to use Truemed?

Truemed is an affordable way to get a Letter of Medical Necessity that covers Pilates workouts as quickly as possible and without leaving your home. You can also get one from your regular medical provider if you qualify.

Can I just pay with my HSA debit card?

Unfortunately HSA debit cards are not approved for direct use through our payment portal at this time. You can pay with your regular credit or debit card and obtain reimbursement using Truemed’s instructions.

What if I can’t get reimbursement to work?

Truemed will help you with the reimbursement process. If necessary, you can reach out to support@truemed.com and their team will be ready to provide the information that your HSA/FSA administrator is requesting. If they are not able to help you get your claim approved, your Truemed fee will be refunded.
